1、在没有经过伺服电动缸生产商的允许不可随意拆卸电动缸，否则出现故障厂商不会提供售后服务的。

2、在安装电机马达的时候需要注意。电动缸和电机是由同步带轮连接的，所以在需要拆卸电机的时候要经过张力后在调节，不然会因为张力不足而造成损伤

3、很多人是不是觉得电动缸在使用的过程是不需要任何维护的，其实电动缸在使用过程中还是要定期的注加润滑脂的。（3个月左右加一次）

4、电动缸在进行调试的时候，需要留意方法是否正确。对伺服电缸在测试的过程中不可以快速运转的状态下去完成，伺服电动缸如果需要保持高速运转状态，要先在低速条件下运作，在电动缸稳定之后才能慢慢的提升速度，这样可以有效的避免因为调试方法不合适而使电动缸产生故障，我们在使用电缸时需要注意这些问题。
